The NMPED launched TEACH New Mexico in April 2025 as the statewide PreK-12 teacher recruitment initiative. TEACHNewMexico.org is a one-stop-shop for anyone interested in becoming a teacher in NM and currently supports over 3,000 aspiring teachers statewide. We offer free guidance and direct financial assistance to all future NM teachers, and free recruitment support to all NM LEAs.
