Excusing Student Absences 

To report absences, call the attendance line, 575-751-7222 x 1 or email attendance@taoscharterschool.org   Please state the date and reason child is absent.

Contact your child’s teacher to make up any missed learning activities.

Plan vacations during Fall, Spring, Winter and Summer Breaks. The extended absence form is required in order to excuse the absences. 

Attendance is vital to your students education; our Attendance Team will be closely following up with chronic / unexcused absences.
