Dear school community at Taos Charter School,
This email is to remind you to mark #Giving Tuesday on your calendar --
Dec. 1, 2026.
Embudo Valley Tutoring Association is a local 501c3 currently serving 6 students at Taos Charter School. Our services include free tutoring and mentoring services to help children build foundational skills and experience success with their schoolwork. Our work supporting individual struggling students also assists the classroom in that students more easily follow instruction and it is easier for the classroom teacher to build learning momentum. Please consider supporting this important work with a donation during holiday the 2026 holiday season.
Of course, early giving is permitted! EVTA is operating its #Giving Tuesday campaign from 3 sites:
Great Nonprofits: https://greatnonprofits.org/org/embudo-valley-tutoring-association
EVTA website: embudovalleytutoring.org
and Los Alamos Gives: https://www.losalamosgives.org/organization/Embudo-Valley-Tutoring-Association
Thank you for your support. Please enjoy safe and happy holidays!
Eva Behrens, director, Embudo Valley Tutoring Association
